I was very disappointed with Tony at the Madison Heights location today. I was trying to exchange a hoodie I received as a Christmas gift. The tags were on it and I had the receipt. Tony tried saying the sleeve was wet, which it was not. He said he would return it, against his better judgment. It was never even worn. Try being a little more professional when dealing with the public. I ended up just returning it and will never give my business to them again.

We had a really poor customer service experience here trying to do a return. The staff was passive aggressive, rude, and left us feeling confused. We interacted with a sales associate who was uncertain of how to help us and referred us to the manager where the experience got markedly worse. We are more upset about the interaction than Dunham's actual return policy, which is also poor. We will not be returning to this store. Why go somewhere where you leave feeling bad?

Crew is decent here store is clean and well stocked. The Manger in the gun department was really helpful. Definitely a good store to stop at.

If you want to be belittled and passive aggressively insulted by staff this is the place to go. Customer service is atrocious and gun counter staff is rude. Lost a sale and a long time customer.

Manager was mean and they did something strange unusual and shady they refunded my money to my Visa card because they didn't have the cash in the drawer and then 24 hours later the next day they went back on my Visa card and took it back. They didn't tell me anything I found out when I went to purchase something and they declined my card because of insufficient funds it was embarrassing😞 buyer beware I never had a company do that ever wow. I had to get new credit cards because Dunham's kept taking money out my account without my authorization😡

Went to Madison Heights store to buy an air rifle. The employee at gun counter couldn't have been LESS helpful. He was too busy talking to another customer about "real" guns. I couldn't see the prices as they were only visible on the small sticker price tags on the gun boxes which were on shelves so high that you would need a telescope to read them. After 15 minutes of no serviceable information or help, I left and went across the street to Great Outdoors and bought the same gun I was looking to buy for $20 less than Dunham's price, (after checking online, since I was not able to establish the price in the store itself). AND, on the way out to my car, I noticed that same unhelpful employee out in front of the store busy vaping away on the sidewalk.
